Mr Fischer has held key positions in leading international companies in Eastern Europe. As member of the management team and Head of Legal and Land Development Director in IKEA Property Russia, he had a key role in IKEA Property establishing itself as the leading real estate company in Russia with more than 1.5 million square meter shopping centre space in eight cities around Russia.
In 2007 Mr Fischer left IKEA to establish Catella, a leading Scandinavian Corporate Finance boutique, on the Russian market. Thereafter he joined SEB to guide its newly established “bad bank” in how to manage its growing real estate portfolio in the Baltic States.
Mr Fischer has studied in France, Russia and Sweden and he holds a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Stockholm University. He speaks and reads Russian fluently.

JENS BRUNO, partner
Mr Bruno has considerable experience in running, controlling and commercializing investments in Russia and the FSU. Part of his experience and contact networks were created when he worked as an advisor to the Russian ministry of Finance and as attaché at the Swedish Embassy in Moscow.
Most recently Mr Bruno held the position as the CEO for a listed Russian-Swedish natural resources venture. Before that, Mr Bruno developed Grain Alliance, an agricultural company in Ukraine. He was instrumental in its transformation from a start-up in 2008 to one of the most profitable agricultural companies in the FSU, with a turnover in 2013 of US dollar 50 million and profits in the range of US dollars 15 million.
Mr Bruno has studied in Russia, Czech Republic, Estonia and Sweden and he holds a Master of Science Degree from Uppsala University. He is also fluent in the Russian language.

DENIS FROLOV, construction management
Mr Frolov has a broad experience from construction development in Russia, and has been involved in several complicated projects such as gypsum factories and television broadcasting facilities. Prior to joining Across he worked for Aecom, a leading construction project management company, and Knauf, a German construction material producer. Mr Frolov has graduated from Moscow State Construction University.
Mr Frolov is responsible for all construction related issues within Across.

ANTON DIONDIKOV, financial control
Mr Diondikov has worked in more than 25 construction and development projects in Russia and held positions of financial or cost controller in all of them. Some of the more prominent projects include Knauf’s gypsum factory in Moscow, Volvo’s production facility in Ekaterinburg and the Ritz Carlton hotel in Moscow.
Mr Diondikov joined Across from Aecom, a leading construction project management company and he has a degree in finance and valuation from the Finance Academy of the Russian Federation in Moscow and a engineering degree from Moscows Automotive Mechanical Institute.
In Across Mr Diondikov is responsible for business and financial control.
